Textile designer and natural dyer, Graham Keegan, from LA will be joining us for an afternoon on the farm. In May and June of 2018, Graham Keegan will be traveling across the United States, hosting indigo events. At each stop, indigo clippings, ready to grow into full dye plants, will be available for free to anyone attending.
Graham will be handing out free indigo seedlings at each stop on his tour. Make a reservation for seedlings on his site. For workshop attendees, he'll teach us how to grow our very own indigo, methods for extracting color from the plant, and the process of creating an indigo vat. Bring one or two garments of your own to dip into the vat.
This is truly a special event and we're excited to have him join us on his cross country indigo tour!
