The Wollam Gardens' pavilion is finally completed with a full-service kitchen and ready to be booked for weddings on most weekends from April-October 2017. We are flexible; we are friendly; We have Virginia's most beautiful blooms waiting for you to make your selection; We have an 18th century farmhouse that you can use two rooms in to dress and make preparations; We have skilled staff who can help you design the pavilion to the limits of your imagination.
AND for 2017 and 2018 WEDDINGS we have lowered our package prices as we introduce our fabulous piece of artwork we call our pavilion.

FLOWERS: We’re happy to help with all aspects of your floral vision. We have a few different options for this - full design, diy [bulk flowers in buckets], or a hybrid of those two.
Typically start at $2,400 for 2017 weddings and $3200 for 2018. Factors are day/ date/ party size.
Rate includes an on-site venue manager and a Wollam Gardens' representative to assist with guest parking
Rate includes initial showing of the facility and general consultation. Use of 11 acres is included. You are free to visit the site for planning purposes at any time.
