Welcome to Wollam Gardens and our 11 acres of blooms and bushes, fields, hoop houses, and hills of flowers! We are excited to host you.
Here’s how it works:
When you arrive, head straight out to the Flower Station, the covered area next to the greenhouse with lots of tables. That’s your home base for everything you’ll need.
If you don’t have your own clippers, you’re welcome to borrow a pair from the round gray container (just please return them when you’re done!). You’ll also find rubber bands in another container, grab one and wear it on your wrist for easy access. Be sure to pick up a bucket and fill it about one-third with water at the nearby sink to keep your flowers fresh while you cut.
As you head into the field, make clean cuts low on the stem and be mindful not to take too much from any one plant or area.
Once you’ve gathered a bundle (typically 5–10 stems), secure it with your rubber band.
When you’re finished, you may find a staff member to pay. We accept cash, check, or—our preference—Venmo: @Wollam_Gardens.
Before you leave, keep your flowers in water so they stay hydrated and beautiful for the trip home.
If you need help at any point, just ask, we’re happy to help!
